Consultation on admissions arrangements for 2018/19

The Dove Academy Trust is now the admitting authority for both school and as a newly formed multi-academy trust is required under the School Admissions Code to consult when changes are proposed to admission arrangements.

Proposed Change

The Dove Academy Trust proposes that the Admission Policy for High Coniscliffe CE Primary remains substantively the same as when it was a voluntary controlled maintained school. The proposed changes reflect the change to the admission authority only.

The Dove Academy Trust is proposing one substantive change to its admissions arrangements for 2018/19 for St Mary’s Cockerton CE Primary School. This change removes two criteria for the allocation of places should the school be oversubscribed and the requirement of the completion of a supplementary form ‘Application for a Faith Place’ that was necessary for applications under those criteria.
